Now, I’m no advertising expert, but I think commercials should make viewers want to experience the company’s product. McDonald’s commercials make me want a double quarter-pounder with cheese, iPhone commercials make me want an iPhone, Girls Gone Wild commercials make me want to rub one out. So then why is it that Sonic commercials make me want to drink Windex and light myself on fire? I know, I know, they’re trying to be funny but I haven’t seen someone fail so terribly at being comedic since D.L. Hughley had a talk show. Also, I’ve been to every nook and cranny of California, yet I’ve never seen a Sonic. Maybe (hopefully) this is all just an elaborate joke.
This is where I’ll be posting rants on whatever. Sounds awesome, right? Shut up. A lot of things piss me off in this world these days and I will use this blog as a way to blow off steam so I don’t end up committing a quadruple homicide in a Wienerschnitzel. I think we’re gonna have some fun so pour yourself a glass of Hi-C and let’s do a little ranting.
